V.A. Lapin personal open lecture: "N.A.Lvov. Life and art"

On Wednesday, May 17, at 14.00 in White Hall of Russian Institute for the History of Arts, V.A. Lapin, doctor habilitatus, the leading research scientist, Folklore Department, R.I.H.A., within the framework of the seminar «Issues and Methods of the Art Study», was present his personal open lecture on the life and work of Nikolai Aleksandrovich Lvov. Particular attention will be paid to the significance of his famous “Collection of Folk Russian Songs” in the history of Russian musical culture and the history of Russian folklore.
