Dr. George Kovalevsky personal open lecture: «Alexander Pushkin and Nowadays »

On Friday, March 25 at 19.00 in White Hall of Russian Institute for Art History, dr. George Kovalevsky will present his peronal open lecture: «Alexander Pushkin and Nowadays». It will be an another meeting of the series, which is held in conjunction with the St. Petersburg discussion club «Intellektuarium». The evening will be devoted to the discussion of the fifth chapter of the novel «Eugene Onegin» and the famous “Tatyana sleep”, which is a unique, mysterious text. The meaning of the text were reflected many literary scholars and philosophers. As the comments will involved the works of famous scientists Pushkin heritage researchers: Yuri Lotman and Valentine Nepomnyastchy.
